    You may unsubscribe from communications at any time.

  • BinSweep services are only available in selected areas.

    Availability depends on:

    • Operational capacity

    • Scheduling requirements

    • Route planning

    • Service demand

    • Staffing availability

    • Other business considerations

    BinSweep reserves the right to:

    • Refuse service in any location

    • Delay service availability

    • Withdraw service availability

    • Limit customer numbers in any area

    Joining the Priority List does not guarantee service availability.

    An invitation does not guarantee service until:

    • Registration is completed

    • Payment details are successfully provided

    • Service availability remains open

    • Your account is accepted

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and up to date.

    • Address

    • Contact details

    • Payment information

    Customers must notify BinSweep promptly of any changes.

  • BinSweep operates as a recurring subscription service.

    Subscriptions provide regular wheelie bin cleaning services according to the service plan selected.

    Service frequencies may vary by area and operational requirements.

    Subscription details will be displayed during signup.

  • Subscription fees are collected using recurring card payments.

    By subscribing, you authorise BinSweep and its payment providers to collect payments due under your subscription.

    Prices displayed on the website may be updated from time to time.

    Customers will be notified where legally required before any price changes take effect.

    Failure to collect payment may result in:

    • Suspension of service

    • Cancellation of service

    • Removal from future service schedules

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time unless otherwise stated during signup.

    Missed services caused by customer access issues may not qualify for refunds or repeat visits.

  • BinSweep will make reasonable efforts to provide services on scheduled dates.

    Occasionally visits may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Vehicle breakdowns

    • Staff illness

    • Operational issues

    • Circumstances beyond our control

    Where practical, affected customers will be notified.

  • BinSweep aims to provide professional wheelie bin cleaning services using appropriate equipment and cleaning processes.

    While we strive for high standards, we cannot guarantee that every stain, odour or mark can be completely removed.

    Results may vary depending on:

    • Bin condition

    • Age of bin

    • Existing damage

    • Previous contamination

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, BinSweep shall not be liable for:

    • Indirect losses

    • Consequential losses

    • Loss of income

    • Loss of profits

    • Loss of business opportunities

    • Delays outside our control

    Our total liability for any claim relating to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service period.

  • Customers must notify BinSweep of any alleged damage within 7 days of the service visit.

    Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

    Customers may be required to provide:

    • Photographs

    • Supporting evidence

    • Access for inspection

  • All content on the BinSweep website including:

    • Logos

    • Branding

    • Images

    • Graphics

    • Text

    • Designs

    remains the property of BinSweep unless otherwise stated.

    No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

  • Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

    By using our website, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in accordance with that policy.

  • BinSweep may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
